Form of workSite Manager - School ExtensionUp to £60,000 + £5,000 Car AllowanceNorth OxfordshireMarch 2024Permanent / Fixed Term Contract / Freelance ContractEstablished for nearly 50 years, our client is a regional contractor, who due to their continued success will be looking to attract a Site Manager for an education extension .As the Site Manager, you will be wholly responsible for the successful delivery of a £3/4m extension, just north of Oxford. The project duration is 20 weeks,Reporting to a visiting contracts manager, your main responsibilities as the Site Managers will include:• Management of sub-contractors• Programming and Progress meetings• Problem Solving• Site Inductions• Liaising with all Clients & Contractors• Risk assessments and method statements• Solving technical issues on site• Enforcing health and safety policiesIdeally, you will have a stable employment record with a principle contractor, and a minimum of 5 years' proven experience of delivering projects from start to finish.
