SalaryRole: Site Manager
Location: Oxford
Rate: £200-£225 daily
Site Manager duties:
- Oversee and manage all operations at the site, ensuring efficiency and productivity
- Develop and implement strategies to meet site goals and objectives
- Monitor and maintain site budgets, expenses, and resources
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication
- Supervise and train staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Address any issues or concerns raised by staff or clients in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to site activities
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction sector
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using computer software and applications related to site management
Site Manager schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 40 Hours a week
- Paid via umbrella weekly
Licence/Certifications needed:
- Driving Licence (required)
- SMSTS (required)
