Job Title: Site Manager
Location: Blackburn, Lancashire
Salary: Up to 60,000 per annum
We are a leading industrial company based in Blackburn and we are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our growing team. With ongoing expansion and a strong order book for the next 10 years, this is an exciting opportunity for an outgoing and enthusiastic individual to play a key role in our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Take overall responsibility for the budget, quality, health and safety of construction projects
- Lead the project from initial set up to handover and completion
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and work closely with head office and commercial teams
- Maintain excellent technical knowledge and ensure the project is delivered on time and to the highest standards
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager, preferably in the commercial industrial sector
- Strong leadership skills and ability to adapt to various situations
- Valid CSCS, SMSTS, and 1st aid certificate
- Experience in managing projects with values around 100 million and large project sizes (1,000,000 sq. ft)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
