Site Manager – Specialist Roofing Contractor
Based on-site, all projects are in London
Up to £55k + Comprehensive Benefits Package
 
The Opportunity: Join a growing and market leading specialist roofing and waterproofing sub-contractor, managing the delivery of projects across London. This is an opportunity to take charge of on-site operations and lead specialist projects to success whilst learning and progressing up the ranks within a hardworking team. This business is also looking for Site Supervisors and Project Managers.
 
Your Role - What You'll Be Involved In: As a Site Manager, your core responsibility will be to oversee and manage all on-site activities for specialist roofing and waterproofing projects in London. You will be the key point of contact, ensuring that projects adhere to timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations. Day-to-day tasks involve coordinating with subcontractors, managing resources, conducting site inspections, and addressing any challenges that may arise during construction. Your role extends to maintaining accurate project documentation, managing budgets, and fostering a collaborative and safe working environment.
