AntrimSalary - £45K - £50K + packageAbout the Company:A fantastic opportunity to work with a very busy, and well-established Main Contractor for a project starting at the beginning of February.This Contractor has a reputation for delivering high standard commercial, residential and industrial projects across Northern Ireland.This project is valued around £5m mark and is to run for 9 months and requires a strong Site Manager with excellent technical abilities and a keen eye for detail.The Role:* Oversee commercial projects and manage manpower on site including, direct staff and subcontractors over multiple sites.* Supervise works on site and ensure the quality of works and that they are done on time and in budget.* Host weekly meetings to update senior management and clients on project progress.* Plan and coordinate the daily requirements of the site including labour, procurement of materials and meeting deadlines.* Perform company compliance, H&S and administration procedure and record performance and progress of site operations.Requirements:* Degree in Construction Management or similar (Third level qualification) is essential.* A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Commercial/Retail projects* Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.* Ability to use a range of construction software applications to keep files, drawings and programmes up to date.* Ability to quickly and effectively overcome any issues that may arise throughout the delivery of the project with minimum impact to programme, schedule or budget.* Excellent communication skills.* Clean Drivers License.For any additional information on the role, please contact Caolán McConville at Inform3 Recruitment.INFORM3 Recruitment is an equal opportunities employer.
