Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Plan, organise, and coordinate construction activities from inception to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones are met.
- Monitor and control project budgets to maximise efficiency.
Site Supervision:
- Lead and motivate on-site teams to achieve project objectives.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
Client and Stakeholder Communication:
- Maintain effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Provide regular project updates and address any concerns raised by stakeholders.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to meet or exceed project specifications.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Proactively address issues to minimise project delays or cost overruns.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
