Site Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:

   • Plan, organise, and coordinate construction activities from inception to completion.
   • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones are met.
   • Monitor and control project budgets to maximise efficiency.

2. Site Supervision:

   • Lead and motivate on-site teams to achieve project objectives.
   • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
   • Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.

3. Client and Stakeholder Communication:

   • Maintain effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
   • Provide regular project updates and address any concerns raised by stakeholders.

4. Quality Assurance:

   • Implement and enforce quality control measures to meet or exceed project specifications.
   • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

5. Risk Management:

   • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
   • Proactively address issues to minimise project delays or cost overruns.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
