【ポジションの概要】
品質管理・品質保証マネージャー（Site Quality, Senior Manager）はポールの筑波工場にて、品質管理チームと品質保証チームのメンバーをマネジメントします。品質戦略を定義して、チームを育成し、ポールの品質に対する企業文化を向上させ、その結果クライアントの満足度を上げることによって、ビジネスの成長をサポートする重要な役割となります。
【ご担当いただく業務】
- ポールの戦略的な優先順位や目標、グローバルの品質部門と調整して、筑波工場における品質目標を設定
- PFMEA、SPC、MSA等の様々な手法を用いて、継続的なカイゼンを実施
- ８D手法のプロセス、効果的なCAPA導入等を推進し、適切な品質改善を指示
- チェンジマネジメント、社内の品質に関わる各委員会をリードし、要望を満たす製造・品質プロセスを推進
- チームメンバーの能力開発やトレーニングの実施、エンゲージメントの向上
【求めるスキル・知識・ご経験】
- メーカーでの品質管理・品質保証に関連する実務経験（10年以上）
- 品質管理・品質保証部門におけるマネージャー経験（5年以上）
- ISO 9001:2015、もしくはIATF16949に関する知識・経験
- リーダーシップスキル、ネゴシエーションスキル、リスクマネジメントスキルをお持ちの方
- 社外・社内の各ステークホルダーとの円滑な関係構築が得意な方
【語学力】
日本語： 流暢レベル
英語： ビジネスレベル（グローバルとの英語ミーティング参加等、使用する機会は多い）
【あれば尚可／歓迎するスキル・知識・ご経験】
- 大学でエンジニアリングやサイエンスを学ばれた方や、経営学修士（MBA）の学位をお持ちの方
