Purpose of Role:
- To lead, manage, coordinate and work alongside other members of the Operations team. This is a hands-on role.
- To delivery all aspects of our work on customers site.
- Co-ordinate, organise, manage and deliver field based projects - on our customer's sites
- Work with our operations team to deliver high level performance and quality results for all our customers on all our projects throughout the island of Ireland and UK
- Build on existing high-level relationships with our customers who are key decision makers and stakeholders
Key Responsibilities:
- Field Operations - this means travelling with a team to site, leading the same team onsite, working alongside the team and ensure that every aspect of the job is completed in a safe way.
- Managing all aspects of Health & Safety while onsite - this means for both our team and our customer.
- Managing customer expectations and project progress
- Driving vehicles and mobilising equipment
- Regular reporting following a job.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of field-based experience or a demonstrated understanding of the demands of working in industrial sites.
- Minimum 4 years of experience leading teams and managing projects in an industrial setting in Ireland.
- Proven ability to mitigate risks within industrial sites, specifically in food & beverage, Medtech, pharma, and power generation sectors.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
- Must have a full clean BE driving licence or similar eg C or artic ( BE is licence to tow a trailer up to 3000kgs / 3.5 tonne)
- Proactive and solutions-driven mindset.
- Computer literate.
Location:
- This role involves significant travel throughout Ireland with the main base of operation in Co. Cork. (you will get a company van during the work hours)
Salary: 50 - 60k ( DOE)
Job type: full-time, permanent
Additional Information:
- The role is field based with significant travel throughout Ireland multiple times a week & periodically UK throughout the year.
- This role does involve an average of 4 nights away per month.
