Form of workCopello have partnered with a leading defence business in the recruitment for an experienced instructor to lead the development within mechanical engineering.
This role will give you the opportunity to help shape the apprenticeship programme across military sites whilst delivering the teaching for the Level 2 and 3 Maritime Defence (Knowledge and Competence) Qualification.
The ideal candidate will have:
Essential:
· Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering qualification
· Skilled engineering professional with recognisable occupational competence within Mechanical Engineering
Desirable:
· Industrial mechanical maritime experience would be highly desirable
· Training & Development qualifications NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
· Assessor Award qualification and Verifier Award
The role is offering a competitive salary of £42k + bonus. This role is based on site in Portsmouth
