Job Title:Snr Associate Systems Analyst (Development PMO)

Location: Cambridge, UK

Contract length: 12-months, INSIDE IR35

Work Structure: Monday - Friday, Hybrid. 3 days on-site

Role Overview:Snr Associate Systems Analyst (Development PMO),you will play a crucial role in providing Planisware capability support to our client's Development department and sub-functions. This dynamic position involves managing Planisware systems, portfolio-level planning, and supporting the PMO function. Join our client and contribute to groundbreaking advancements in bio-pharmaceutical research!

Some of the responsibilities for the Snr Associate Systems Analyst (Development PMO) include:

Planisware (25%):

  • Utilise strong technical skills to support and manage Planisware systems and associated processes.
  • Lead portfolio-level planning cycles within Planisware.
  • Review and maintain Assets and Products within the Planisware platform.

PMO (75%):

  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel, Teams, and Word.
  • Work independently with excellent organisational skills, managing multiple tasks to tight time-lines.
  • Build new SharePoint sites and update existing ones.

Desirable / Essential Knowledge, Experience & Skills:

  • Leverage a minimum of 3 years of PMO experience, including preparing templates and tools in MS programs and managing SharePoint sites.
  • Project Management experience (beneficial but not essential).
  • Understanding of processes within regulated industries (e.g., banking, insurance, health-care).
  • Project management qualification such as PRINCE2 (desirable).
  • Degree in a scientific field (beneficial).
  • Experience in risk management and change management.
