We currently have a 6 month (potential rolling to 2 years) contract for a Senior Executive Assistant supporting a Managing Director within a Tier 1 Investment Banking Client.
Previous recent experience within banking supporting Managing Directors is essential for this role.
Your skills and experiences will include:
- 5 years minimum recent administrative experience within the financial services industry
- Proven experience supporting senior level personnel
- Excellent knowledge of MS Skills - Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.Ability to multi task effectively and efficiently
- A proactive, confident and 'can do' attitude.
- Demonstrable experience of working effectively in a high-pressure and challenging environment
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- CRM knowledge advantageous.

Rate: Up to £270/per day Inside IR35. You will be working through an umbrella company for this role.
