Snr Executive Assistant £270/Day Banking London 6-24 Months

Senior Executive Assistant | Investment Banking | UP to £270/day Inside IR35 | Contract | Docklands | HYBRID 3 office days per week

We currently have a 6 month (potential rolling to 2 years) contract for a Senior Executive Assistant supporting a Managing Director within a Tier 1 Investment Banking Client.

Previous recent experience within banking supporting Managing Directors is essential for this role.

Your skills and experiences will include:

• 5 years minimum recent administrative experience within the financial services industry
• Proven experience supporting senior level personnel
• Excellent knowledge of MS Skills - Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.Ability to multi task effectively and efficiently
• A proactive, confident and 'can do' attitude.
• Demonstrable experience of working effectively in a high-pressure and challenging environment
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• CRM knowledge advantageous.

Hours: Hybrid 3 days in the office / 2 days work from home

Rate: Up to £270/per day Inside IR35. You will be working through an umbrella company for this role.
