TTM Healthcare are delighted to have partnered with our Client who support people experiencing homelessness or at risk of losing their homes across Ireland. They are now recruiting for a Social Care Worker based in Clonmel to support short-term accommodation to Ukrainian young people, aged 15- 17, who have been displaced from their home.
Requirements:
- Level 7 or 8 in Social Care
- 2 years' Experience working with young people
- Car and Full Licence
