Main Duties
Social content:
- Working with Social Media Manager on an ‘always on organic media calendar, including identifying new content relevant to our audience
- Ensuring coordination of objectives and deliverables of social requirements as part of the wider marketing objectives
- Be the voice of the brand, replying to all comments and direct messages using Social Media platforms to ensure consistency in engaging with the community
- Bring in fresh ideas for brand voice across social, with a key focus on Tiktok and Instagram
- Plan, shoot & assist with social content shoots
- Edit content for socials, sharing new ideas for content and keeping up to date on relevant editing themes & trends
- Driving social growth in collaboration through initiating brand collaborations and partnerships, competitions and giveaways as well as other insights to drive engagement
Community relationships:
- Responsible for community outreach across all social channels globally to increase audience reach and engagement and KPI (Meta- Instagram, Tiktok, LittleRedBook Chinese version of Instagram)
- Finding and fostering relationships with new and ongoing influencers to increase audience reach and engagement and brand awareness alongside Social Media Manager
Skills and Experience Required
About You:
We’re seeking a positive, proactive, articulate and motivated Social Media executive who is passionate about beauty talent partnership/community building/content & Social Media. You must be an excellent co-ordinator, have an exceptional eye for detail and an ability to work under tight deadlines.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year’s experience planning and delivering social content and campaigns within a Social Media team
- Passionate, ambitious individual who has a love of all things beauty and social, with a creative flair
- Experience working with influencers and fostering good relationships
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Good eye for detail and excellent organisation skills
- Understanding of Photoshop, Canva and Video Editing
- Comfortable creating and featuring in social content
- Great understanding of creating engaging product content as well as tutorials.
Language:
Fluent in English, having second language like Mandarin will be desirable.
