**Job Overview:**
As a Content Creator for our Cake and Custard Factory, you will be responsible for developing creative and captivating content that showcases our delectable cakes, custards, and other sweet treats, promotes our brand, and engages our target audience across various digital platforms. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence, attracting customers, and building our brand reputation.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Content Creation:**
- Create visually appealing and enticing content, including high-quality images, videos, and written materials, highlighting our cakes, custards, and dessert offerings.
- Ensure that all content maintains consistency with our brand's identity and messaging.
2. **Social Media Management:**
- Manage and curate content for our Social Media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok) to maintain a dynamic and engaging online presence.
- Develop and execute a content calendar to ensure regular and relevant posts.
- Foster engagement by responding to comments, engaging with followers, and fostering a sense of community.
3. **Photography and Videography:**
- Capture appetizing and appealing images and videos of our cakes and custards, both in-studio and during production.
- Edit and enhance visual content to maintain a consistent and professional look.
4. **Content Strategy:**
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute content strategies that align with business objectives and seasonal promotions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor content to remain competitive.
5. **Customer Engagement:**
- Monitor and analyze Social Media insights and customer feedback to adapt content strategies and improve customer engagement.
- Encourage user-generated content by running contests or campaigns.
6. **Content Promotion:**
- Utilize digital advertising, sponsored posts, and collaborations with influencers to expand the reach of our content and attract a broader audience.
7. **Blog and Newsletter:**
- Create engaging blog posts and newsletters featuring recipes, dessert tips, and behind-the-scenes stories about our factory.
8. **Collaborations and Partnerships:**
- Identify and engage in collaborations with other businesses, influencers, and food-related organizations to cross-promote our brand and content.
9. **Reporting and Analytics:**
- Track and report on the performance of content and Social Media campaigns using analytics tools to measure reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
**Qualifications:**
- Strong passion for food, especially cakes and custards.
- Proficiency in photography, videography, and graphic design software.
- Knowledge of Social Media platforms and their best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to adapt to trends.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Experience in content creation or a related field is a plus.
