The Opportunity: Social Media Coordinator
Are you looking to work in a fun environment while building on the anzuk brand’s personality, creating amazing content and engagement across our digital platforms?

This role is open to start ASAP and will be based within our London office.

- You think and write in CONTENT. From recording ‘A Day in the Life’ to sharing customer/client feedback, everything is a content opportunity for you.
- You're passionate about sharing stories and your work having a ‘ripple effect’.
- You have a penchant for data, metrics, and watching a campaign come to life.
- You know your ‘WHY’ and your purpose align with our anzuk Education values.
Hybrid setup: 4 days in office, 1 day work from home option.
Salary: £27,000 – £32,000. Dependant on experience.
Your Duties: Nail the message. Content is king. Help attract exceptional educators.
Grow Social Media Presence:
More eyes on our brand = more applicants for roles = greater impact in the classroom! You will be responsible for Increasing our anzuk followers on key Social Media platforms and driving traffic to our brand-new website.
Support Application Drive:
More followers and a wider digital reach mean more applicants. You’re excited to create and share targeted campaigns that highlight the benefits of our working with anzuk and direct prospective applicants to our job ads and register with anzuk.
Enhance Educator Audience Engagement:
Once we welcome new educators, we want to hear from them – often!
Your sweet spot is all about sharing relatable success stories, educator and client testimonials, educational LMS content, and fostering a lively community.
Content Creation:
The power is in your hands – and your Canva, design, and TikTok skills.
Help produce and share content that appeals to our target audience, creating posts that align with our audience's interests and needs.
Identify and manage Influencer Relationships:
We’ve all got our favourite ‘Go to’ influencers we follow, connect with, and learn from. Help us find charismatic educators and incredible storytellers with social reach and influence, to strategically support our goals and share the anzuk experience.
Monitor Trends and Feedback:
You’re all about the numbers and love a good spreadsheet tracker.
You keep an eye on Social Media trends and audience feedback to inform your ideas.
The Ideal Candidate: Join Our A-Team!
- Excited about the potential for storytelling and community that Social Media offers.
- Experience in a Social Media, marketing or communications role.
- Strong hold on Canva, Instagram, Meta Business, LinkedIn, Mailchimp, Sprout Social or scheduling tools.
- Trend Spotter: Keen peripheral vision for emerging Social Media trends and audience shifts.
- Don’t take yourself too seriously – is happy to bring your authentic self to work, and to the camera, for content!
- Always thinking – brand, content, content, brand. You have a 6th sense for opportunity.
- Alignment with our core values.
- Goal orientated - a proven track record of working towards KPIs & targets. Committed to team objectives and have a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with others.
- Being comfortable with providing and receiving feedback. Feedback is hard and an open mind is so important.
