We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As our Social Media and Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in enhancing our online presence, building brand awareness, and attracting top talent to our agency. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for Social Media, marketing, and recruitment to make a significant impact in a dynamic industry.
Part-Time, 3 days a week
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Social Media strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement across various platforms.
- Create and curate engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, to share on Social Media channels.
- Design marketing materials, including brochures and promotional content.
- Manage and grow our Social Media communities by fostering meaningful interactions with followers and industry influencers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all platforms.
- Monitor Social Media trends and analytics to optimize content and improve overall performance.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to promote our recruitment services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into our Social Media and Marketing efforts.
Requirements
- Educated to a degree level
- Proven experience in Social Media management and content creation.
- Graphic design skills (use of Canva & Adobe)
- Familiarity with Social Media analytics tools and the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for engaging content.
- Knowledge of recruitment industry trends is a plus.
