This role would suit a graduate with a relevant degree who is excited to start their career in Social Media marketing working with global brands. Alternatively, you might have a year or two of commercial digital marketing experience delivering Social Media campaigns and be ambitious to take your career to another level. This company offer great training and mentoring, so you'll have everything you need to be a success.
You'll work on a hybrid basis split between the office (3 days a week) and home (2 days a week).
The experience we need.
- Proven skill as a copywriter, preferably with a relevant degree in Media, Marketing, English, Public Relations, etc.
- Keenly aware of the digital landscape. Experience of digital marketing, comms and content would be a big plus
- A passion for Social Media
- An interest in news and current affairs.
The role.
As the successful Social Media Executive, you'll be trained up and supported to deliver the following:
- Content planning and managing Social Media channels across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube etc
- Creating Social Media content calendars
- Set up and optimise campaigns
- Analytics to identify target audience and improve the scope of your work, increasing followers and engagement rates
- Copy and content development
- Reacting to the news agenda, trending topics and comments. Working quickly to collaborate with clients to turnaround reactive Social Media posts
- Researching influencers to establish partnership opportunities.
