SalaryMain Duties
- Instagram Account Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase followers and engagement on the Joline Instagram account. This includes content planning, posting regularly, and analyzing engagement data to refine strategies.
- Influencer Networking: Identify and connect with lifestyle influencers relevant to Joline’s brand. Foster relationships and coordinate collaborations to enhance brand visibility and reach.
- Content Creation: Create visually appealing and brand-aligned content for Instagram, including posts, stories, and IGTV. Ensure content is innovative, engaging, and promotes sustainable furniture design.
- Community Engagement: Actively engage with the community on Instagram by responding to comments, messages, and participating in relevant discussions to build a loyal follower base.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly track and report on the performance of the Instagram account and influencer partnerships, using insights to guide future strategies.
Skills and Experience Required
Skills and Experience Required:
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, particularly with influencers.
- Creative content creation abilities, with an eye for design and aesthetics.
- Knowledge of Social Media analytics and the ability to use data to inform decisions.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Interest in sustainability and furniture design
- Experience in growing and managing Instagram accounts is a plus.
