Savage's mission is to empower women to become their best and most confident selves through fitness, mindset, and nutrition.

Back in 2019, @NatalieHeso started sharing her workouts online. Since then, she has created a strong community of almost 1M followers across all her platforms. Now, with her branded fitness app growing and the unique Savage sports equipment about to launch, we need YOU to take the brand to the next level.

Job Description

Main Responsibilities

• Craft original newsletter emails that resonate with the community while using the brand voice skillfully. (No chat GPT)
• Design attractive thumbnails for YouTube, TikTok and Instagram.
• Edit short content videos for TikTok and Instagram, carefully mimicking Natalie’s editing style.
• Manage the brand Instagram account “Savage” by creating and posting unique content regularly.
• Analyse the Social Media post's performance and provide Natalie with insights to adjust her content strategy.
• Reach out to influencers and brands for collaborations.
• Stay tuned for the latest Social Media trends and sounds.
• Create and manage Social Media advertising campaigns to boost Natalie’s reach. (BONUS)

Working Dynamic

We seek someone who can work flexible hours, starting at least 20 hours/week. We would have at least one or two meetings per week to organise the tasks in Trello. You must report the tasks completed and the hours worked by the end of each week.

Interview Process

The process will be divided into three stages:

Stage one: Shortlisting

If shortlisted, you will be contacted to schedule a quick interview.

Stage two: Trial Task

If selected again, you will be asked to perform a trial task consisting of:

• Crafting a marketing email
• Editing an Instagram Reel

Stage three: Final interview

If successful on the task, we will schedule a final interview.

Salary: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
