About the Position:

As the Social Media Manager at DASH Water, you'll be the creative force behind our organic social channels, infusing passion, strategic thinking, wonky creativity into all our social comms. Your work will capture the essence of the DASH brand through visual and video content, clever messaging, and an understanding of our unique tone of voice. Role Responsibility:

Social Media Strategy: Craft and execute an innovative Social Media strategy that aligns with DASH Water's goals, identity, and audience growth objectives.

Content Creation: Infuse DASH Water’s wonky essence into Social Media by conceptualising and creating visually compelling, shareable content on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Campaign Planning: Devise and implement creative social campaigns to spotlight product launches, events, sustainability initiatives, and brand stories.

Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse Social Media metrics, evaluating campaign effectiveness. Generate insightful reports to refine strategies and inform decision-making.

Trends and Innovation: Stay ahead with emerging trends, digital tools, and platform innovations. Experiment with new features to elevate DASH Water's Social Media presence.

Experience:

- Demonstrated experience in Social Media management (3-5 years) with a deep passion and love for all things social.

- Track record of creating engaging and effective Social Media content that has reached big audiences.

- Strong understanding of Social Media platforms, trends, and best practices to drive innovative, cutting-edge strategies.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to master DASH Water's distinctive tone of voice.

- Highly creative individual with an eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling that matches the DASH Water aesthetic.

- Proficiency in using Social Media management tools to streamline processes and optimise content performance.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of the DASH Water team, embodying our collaborative work ethic.
