Are you an experienced Social Worker?

Our Court Team Social Workers undertake a range of assessments to inform care planning for children. As part of that team, you'll already have a good knowledge of legislation, and be experienced at compiling and completing statutory documentation and presenting issues to a formal hearing. You'll also be involved in progressing plans, once care proceedings are issued; as well as reporting to court in relation to special guardianship and private applications (where Section 7 and 37 reports are ordered)
As a Practice Consultant, you'll provide advice and support to other Social Workers, as well as co-working with other teams .
