Social Worker - Chc Experience Required

Tripod Partners are looking to place a Qualified Adult Social Worker with Continues Health Care (CHC) Experience to do Checklists and attend DTS to assess and consider a range of possible needs, such as mobility, nutrition and behaviour.

The role is to start as soon as possible and is project work.

Location: Haringey, London

Pay Rate: £37 per hour

Requirements:

Degree in Social Work

2+ years Post Qualifiying Experience
