I am representing a Software Development organisation who specialise in ERP Software deployments. They have an opportunity for a Software Support to join an expanding team whereby you will support the wide client base with their ERP solutions.
Responsibilities for the Software Support:
- Front Line Support, resolving ERP support cases over email, remote access and mobile
- Responding to customers in a timely and professional manner
- Supporting customer implementations and "go-lives"
- Investigative support, escalating problems when necessary
Skills & Experience
- Technical knowledge of an ERP software package will be very beneficial
- Database and SQL skills are advantageous
- Previous experience within Software Support environments
