Our client is an innovative technology company working in a fast-paced sector. They are experiencing great success and with a very talented and capable team, they are looking to bring on board a Software Support / Content Writer to work within the production, support, test and operations team.
The focus of this role is to assist in monitoring and improving customer support for my clients products and services and especially around tech issues.
You will assist with keeping everything up to date for the benefit of the customer. This will be done by completing tasks delegated by the Head of Support.
Key Skills Responsibilities:
- Assisting in updating and maintaining the customer knowledge based for billing and technical support, identifying and filling gaps.
- Help implement search terms for the customer knowledge base.
- Update available responses used by customer agents and auto-responders
- Help design, measure, analyse, improve and control customer communications
- Log, respond and analyse customer technical support escalation through the ticketing system
- Assist in mapping and visualising the customer journey to help with identify pain points.
- Liaise with internal teams including development, support and test.
