Job description

Due to continued expansion, they are looking for an experienced Account manager to join their Account Management Team or you may be currently working in the technical field and be interested in branching out into providing customer solutions in Sales/Account Management and will be given full training/guidance along the way.

Salary and OTE

£28,000-£33,000 per annum + OTE IRO £18,000 (Expected earnings IRO £45k-£50k but this is completely uncapped)

Person Specification

We are now looking to enhance our customer engagement and ensure the needs of the customer are fully met, both in terms of Value, but essentially as a full technical solution to meet their current and future business needs.

The Account Manager will work alongside the Sales Manager to deliver the optimum solution to the customer.

Collaborative working, listening and understanding what the customer wants and identifying current and future needs will be essential to the customer success.

This new role will set even higher standards of customer delivery and satisfaction and ensure we get it right first time every time.

Account Manager

Due to continued expansion, they are looking for an experienced Account manager to join their Account Management Team or you may be currently working in the technical field and be interested in branching out into providing customer solutions in Sales/Account Management and will be given full training/guidance along the way.

Main duties will include:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business objectives and aligning our IT solutions to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to develop customized IT solutions that address client challenges and contribute to their success.
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling additional products and services to maximize client satisfaction and company revenue.

A successful candidate will have the following skills:

  • Excellent communications (strong written, listening and verbal communication skills) to explain the benefits of solutions, to individuals.
  • Excellent customer service (willing to go the extra mile) to ensure our clients are delighted.
  • A collaborative worker who is able to interact and positively contribute to solution selling.
  • Have an interest in learning about current/new/future technologies to help the Company, customers, themselves and their team.
  • To show initiative, be self-motivated and a proactive member of the team.
  • Have a flair for organisational skills and persistence to see tasks through to their conclusion.
  • Be able to manage/prioritise their own workload so tasks can be completed to a customer’s satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling additional products and services to maximize client satisfaction and company revenue.
  • Good time management.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Some experience of exposure to customers in on and off site meetings.
