Job Overview:
I am looking for a motivated and results-driven individual to join the team as an Account Manager/Sales Representative. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and promoting our products/services to drive sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients.
- Understand clients' business objectives and provide tailored solutions.
- Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive selling and upselling.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Product/Service Knowledge:
- Stay informed about the features and benefits of our products/services.
- Effectively communicate product/service value propositions to clients.
- Market Research:
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitors to identify market opportunities.
- Analyze market conditions and provide feedback to the team.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or account management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex product/service offerings.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Experience:
- At least 2 years of Acc Management
- 2 years of experience in sales.
- Excellent command of Sales Methodology!
- Consultative Sales Experience
