As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Fire AlarmAccount Manager to join our team.
Position Overview: As a Fire AlarmAccount Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining long-term relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for managing key accounts, understanding their unique needs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality fire detection and alarm services. Your goal is to promote customer satisfaction, drive growth, and uphold the company's reputation for excellence as well as hit a c. £800,000 sale target.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for designated clients, ensuring exceptional communication and customer support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements and expectations.
- Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for system upgrades and improvements.
- Account Growth:
- Develop account growth strategies to increase revenue and expand services with existing clients.
- Present proposals and recommendations to clients for system enhancements or additional services.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Stay updated on industry trends, Fire Alarm technology, and regulations.
- Provide technical advice and information to clients, addressing their questions and concerns.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Account management/ Service Sales, in the Fire Alarm, Fire Detection, Life Safety e.g. Fire Alarm Maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of fire detection systems and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to client sites.
