Solicitor: Debt Recovery

The Lexcel-accredited Legal Team provides legal advice, assistance and support to Council officers, elected members and external clients at all levels.

We are looking for a Debt Recovery Solicitor (or otherwise suitably qualified Lawyer) to join our friendly team on a 2 year fixed term contract. You’ll have demonstrable experience of Debt Recovery work and civil litigation generally. The role will have a particular focus on Debt Recovery for adult social care debts.
