My client, a leading national law firm firmly established in Birmingham, is actively seeking an experienced EL/PL Lawyer to join their national personal injury litigation department. This dynamic team is responsible for managing a substantial and sensitive caseload on behalf of diverse clients, focusing primarily on claimant EL/PL claims. 
Working with minimal supervision, you will handle complex cases involving multiple defendants, claimant capacity issues, technical defences, significant financial loss, and various defendant complexities such as TUPE and insolvency.
Key Responsibilities

• Litigate a full caseload of EL/PL accident cases.
• Handle cases involving non-medical experts or more than one medical expert.
• Provide effective legal counsel and representation while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor (3+ PQE) with a strong background in litigation, specifically EL and PL cases.
• Proven experience handling complex cases with multiple variables.
• Ability to work independently and manage a full caseload under limited supervision.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
