Job Title: Housing Solicitor - Renewable Energy Specialist

Location: Wadebridge, Cornwall

Salary Range: £70,000 - £90,000 (Depending on Experience)

As we expand our operations, we are seeking an experienced Housing Solicitor to join our legal team and contribute to the success of our projects.

Role and Responsibilities: As a Housing Solicitor, you will be a key player in supporting our renewable energy projects, ensuring compliance with housing and property laws. Reporting to the Legal Director, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing expert legal advice on housing matters related to renewable energy projects.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents, including contracts, leases, and agreements.
• Conducting due diligence on property and land acquisitions.
• Handling property-related disputes and resolutions.
• Keeping abreast of relevant legal developments and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support project success.

Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor with substantial experience in housing law.
• Ideally dual qualified in English and Scottish law, but candidates with only English qualifications will be considered.
• Strong knowledge of property law, real estate transactions, and housing regulations.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• Proven experience in handling property disputes.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
