A Country Pub in a village location close to Kettering serving delicious pub food and specials serving 40 – 50 Covers midweek and upto 100 for Sunday lunch.
The Position
Sous Chef required to work alongside the Head Chef assisting with the daily running of the kitchen, organising daily prep and training your team ensuring standards are maintained while developing the menus.
The Person
We are looking for a friendly, talented chef, somebody who can keep cool under pressure, stay organised and that understands the importance of building a team.
Ideally our Client is looking for a Sous Chef with their own transport as he has two sites and may initially be looking for somebody to work in both properties.
Location
Applicants will ideally need to live in the Kettering, Corby, Thrapston, Raunds, Rushden, Oundle or possibly Huntingdon area with their own transport
Benefits
Base Salary of £28,000 – £30,000
