The Role of a Spa Duty Manager:
- Managing the team on duty and ensure they are delivering outstanding customer service
- Managing the member & guest experience and resolving any customer queries
- Ensuring the smooth running of all facilities including Food & Beverage, facility operational standards and delivery of an exceptional guest experience
- Liaising with the Treatments manager to ensure all revenue opportunities are maximised
- Responsible for the health & safety of all guests, staff and security of the building
- Reporting daily to the senior management team on any issues that arise during the day
- Assigning the days tasks and responsibilities to the Front of House team
- Liaising with the Treatments Manager to ensure the treatments are delivered to a high standard and on time
- Carrying out frequent Facility checks
- Responsible for the opening & closing of the Spa
- Induction and training of new staff members on Reception
- Respond to incoming e-mail enquiries in a professional and timely manner
Skills we look for in a Spa Duty Manager:
- Previous experience in customer care role
- Experience in administration
- IT skills
- Work under pressure in a busy environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Efficiently manage schedules, appointments, and resources
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Committed and willing to learn
- Positive attitude
- Must have own transport
