Horizon Teachers are working with a Richmond based SEND school who are looking for an experienced Teacher to join their team to support secondary aged children with severe and complex learning difficulties.
The school aims to support learners with a range of Special Educational needs and disabilities by using a specialised approach with each individual to help them achieve academic targets as well as helping them become independent and functioning members of their community.
Key attributes:

• Experience working with secondary ages children with SEND.
• Carrying out behaviour management in line with the school's policies and procedures
• Be able to support student with their academic and personal development.
• Be proactive in tailoring your support to individual needs.
