As a long-term supply Special Needs Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personalised instruction to our students with Special Needs and helping them reach their fullest potential.
Requirements and Qualifications:- Previous experience as a Special Needs Assistant or other related fields.
- Knowledge of current best practices in special education.
- Ability to build relationships with students, families, and staff.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work in various settings and with different age groups.
- Knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures.
