• Position: Specialist Chef De Partie - South Indian
• Employer: Fine dining South Indian restaurant
• Location: Glasgow
• Salary: ranging from £26,600 to £28,000
• Working days / hours: range between 38-40 hours within a 5/6 day week
• Benefits: 28 days paid holiday (pro rata), employer’s pension contribution, Chef’s uniform
• Prospects: Salary review; future promotion for exceptional performance, loyalty and commitment.
Preparation of complex regional South Indian dishes and delicacies, training and supervising junior Chefs. Responsible for a series of kitchen operation duties commensurate with job role.
To qualify for selection you must have the following minimum requirements: -
• Eligibility to live and work in UK
• High level creative skills and mastery in preparation of specially curated SOuth Indian dishes and other specialties
• Previous experience in this role as per UKVI Skilled Worker criteria (for non UK applicants)
• Resident within commutable distance of up to one hour

• FAST PACED AND BE ABLE TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE
