Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and portion sizes
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met in the kitchen
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the food preparation process
- Follow proper cooking techniques and presentation guidelines
- Help with inventory management and stock rotation
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of meal preparation techniques and culinary principles
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely delivery of meals
- Attention to detail in order to maintain quality standards
