If so, we are looking to recruit a Specialist Customer Services Representative to fill a position at Great Boughton Library.
You will have excellent communication skills, the ability to develop positive working relationships and be able to deal with varied situations in a pragmatic and supportive manner. You will have the energy and enthusiasm to deliver the range of services we provide.
Responsibilities include assisting customers with queries, providing varied digital support, operating library management systems, processing and shelving library stock and providing and taking part in a full range of activities for adults and children to help encourage library use and promote reading.
You will be part of the team at Great Boughton Library, developing positive relationships with our customers and ensuring that an efficient and effective library and information service is provided to the public. You will also be involved in the day-to-day running of the building and the administrative procedures this entails. This is an 7.75 hour per week fixed term position.
Pattern of hours: Monday 2-5pm and Wednesdays 2-5pm and alternate Saturday mornings 9.30am-1pm
