Specialist Physiotherapist

Experience of working with people with acute/chronic respiratory conditions Experience in critical care and surgery Managing a caseload of clients with complex needs Experience of clinical audit and service evaluation Experience of providing training for staff Experience of effective team working across settings Experience of multi-disciplinary working Clinical reasoning skills Problem solving skills Ability to use and apply a range of assessment and treatment techniques Weekend working and participation in the out-of-hours oncall service are required Leading service development initiatives and operational team management The post holder will be responsible for teaching and mentoring Band 5 and physiotherapy students and therapy assistants.
