Job description

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is one of the largest healthcare systems in the UK employing around 40,000 staff in a wide range of clinical and non-clinical professions and job roles. We deliver acute hospital, primary, community and mental health care services to a population of over 1.15 million and a wider population of 2.2 million when our regional and national services are included.
There are two fulltime posts available; shift pattern is Monday to Friday, 8.30am-4.30pm.
This post requires a HCPC registration.
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Physiotherapist to work as part of our friendly and experienced team in the MSK Physiotherapy Service within NHS GG&C.
This MSK Physiotherapy post is located within East Glasgow area. The candidate should have appropriate time spent working as a qualified Physiotherapist including considerable experience working within the speciality of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. They will be expected to work autonomously to provide a highly specialised clinical role involving assessing and managing a designated caseload of complex MSK Physiotherapy patients whilst providing the necessary support for more junior staff, rotational staff and students.
The post holder will contribute to local operational management, lead or contribute to service development and QI projects to implement and embed change. They will be expected to take part in audit and deputise for more senior staff where appropriate.
