We have an exciting opportunity for a Specification Sales Manager to cover the South East of England with a focus on London.
The role
To take ownership and respond to all verbal and written specification requests. To meet physically and virtually with Architects, Main Contractors and Sub-Contractors.
To technically support the sales team to achieve revenue, profit and to grow market share.
Assist in the development, creation, management, storage and control of project pack and specification templates and other critical project design data.
To participate in relevant trade groups and trade associations.
Support the online marketing function.
To be knowledgeable and up to date with competitor offerings.
About you
You will be able to demonstrate a track record in specification selling with good knowledge of any of the following products: facades, suspended ceilings, structural insulation, dry lining or SFS.
In addition, you will have been facing into Architects and Contractors rather than distributor / merchants.
