Sr. Senior Quality Transfer Specialist

Purpose of the role

Reporting to the Quality Transfer Manager Europe, you are responsible for all Quality related activities of Large Molecule transfer projects with respect to Milton Keynes. You ensure projects are carried out according to the global Animal Health LM Site-to-Site Transfer Methodology, on a timely basis and in line with our Animal Health strategy, Global Quality strategy as well as applicable regulatory requirements. You partner with predominantly Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing and Supply Chain to obtain best practices and support.

Tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to

• Manage assigned Quality Site-to-Site Transfer projects in alignment with LM manufacturing sites, quality teams, and other functions.
• Ensure milestone delivery and prioritization of transfer projects related to Operations, Quality Control Methods, Stability Studies, Release Process, Biomaterials System for Finished Product Packed, Finished Product Unpacked, antigen, raw material or seed.
• Partner in strategic discussions regarding strategies of our product portfolio.
• Provide coaching and upskilling to cross-functional team members on Quality aspects of Transfers.
• Collaborate closely with receiving Sites and the Milton Keynes Site to ensure the deployment of Quality activities and maintain consistency with the Large Molecule Animal Health Transfer Task Force Team.
• Partner with Global Regulatory Affairs to align on requirements and optimize documentation if needed.
• Collaborate with other global support functions such as Global Supply Chain, BATS, R&D, BTS, APS, and others as appropriate.
• Support and promote collaboration and the exchange of best practices across the network.
