Staff Nurse- Care Home

Here at Randstad we are looking for full time Staff Nurses to work in a permanent position in Care Homes across Fife. If you are hard working and dedicated to providing a high level of care to those who need it, we would love to hear from you. You would need to have excellent team working skills and empathy towards the residents and be able to respect and listen to those around you. This position would allow you to gain new skills and build on your current skill set and be supported in your professional development. There are both day and night shift positions available.

Salary

• £38,000-£42,000
• Paid annual leave

Responsibilities:

• Provide high quality care in a professional and caring manner
• Administer medications and treatments
• Maintain strong communication with residents and colleagues
• Monitor patients well being and maintain accurate records
• Provide support to patients and their families
• Provide palliative care, dementia care, residential care, respite care etc.

Requirements:

• Valid NMC registration and PIN
• Be an existing member of the PVG Scheme
• Strong attention to detail and high quality clinical skills
• Great interpersonal skills and proactive communication abilities
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team.
