SalaryThe Priory Hospital Market Weighton is a CQC registered independent hospital. Our goal is to provide person centred, recovery focused care and treatment for males who experience mental illness.
Situated in the attractive town of Market Weighton, the service is ideally located for safe, structured and gradual integration into the local community. The purpose built hospital is an open service with the ability to lock the door to maintain service user safety. It can accommodate up to 15 individuals as they progress from admission to living semi independently in the flat scheme within the hospital and finally to the residential service upon discharge.
As a Staff Nurse, you will work as part of a Multi-Disciplinary Team that provides a service that positively promotes recovery and independence. You will provide direct support to ensure that individuals are progressing towards their goals of community integration, strengthened daily living skills and improved insight into mental health and risk factors.

People who are confident in their ability to support someone in their recovery and work with the team to achieve their goals. You will be flexible, caring and supportive, sharing values that put the service user first, and be keen to contribute to service development.
We would like to hear from qualified mental health or learning disability nurses who are able to work collaboratively within an MDT to deliver high quality person centered care, have the drive to work with individuals to achieve the best outcomes for them and be a positive role model and mentor for junior members of the team.
