The Role
As the Stakeholder Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering collaboration. Your responsibilities will include:
Strategic Alignment: You will serve as the primary liaison between STEM Learning and government departments to ensure our initiatives, impact and outcomes align with relevant government strategies. Advocate of Computing Education (NCCE): You will drive the expansion of meaningful partnership engagement across government and promote the wider sustainable integration across STEM Learning and NCCE activities and priorities. Focus will be placed on the importance of computing education and digital skills to support a sustainable economic growth. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaboration with key stakeholders is essential to the success of this role. You will coordinate, build, maintain and continually develop strong, effective partnerships to enrich and amplify the impact of NCCE and STEM Learning's work. Partner of Choice: Your experience and expertise will contribute positively to the reputation of STEM Learning and the NCCE as being 'the partner of choice' for government departments, employers, professional bodies and others wanting to engage in and support education and skills. Demonstrate your proven track record in establishing and developing productive, outcome-led relationships with government, institutions, employers, and other organisations. Have knowledge of government department policymaking and strategies. With an eye for detail you will be able to analyse government policies, produce reports and engage with stakeholders. An understanding of government policy in relation to the education and skills agenda would be advantageous. Be an excellent communicator - both written and oral - with the ability to influence effectively and interact with a wide range of internal and external senior stakeholders, while managing multiple, complex projects and relationships. Think analytically and strategically, responding creatively to challenges. You will be able to understand how your work contributes to the bigger picture and influences key issues within your area of responsibility. Be comfortable delivering at pace with the ability to manage your work in a fast-moving environment whilst prioritising your tasks effectively to maintain momentum. Our Benefits
