Location: Sheffield

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + Car Allowance

Our client, a leading company specializing in structural steel, secondary steel, and architectural metalwork, is seeking a dedicated Contracts Manager to join their team in Sheffield.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the management of projects from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate and manage all aspects of project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the structural steel, secondary steel, or architectural metalwork sectors.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and regulations.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
