Our client is a well-established supplier of products into the building products sector. As a result of expansion, growth and continued development they have retained our services to source a Stock Control Manager to join the business and work collaboratively with the senior management team to introduce and embed proactive processes across their Stock Control and quality function.
This role will report to the Operations Director and will be responsible for managing the Stock Control and quality processes
Role Responsibilities:
- Dealing with the receipt of all goods received from suppliers.
- Managing quality control functions
- Visiting Suppliers to audit quality control processes
- Improving stock accuracy
- Improving pick efficiencies
An experienced Stock Control Manager within a manufacturing or distribution environment, you will be engaging, passionate and able to influence. You will be experienced in managing quality on inbound goods and liaising with suppliers and/or purchasing functions to resolve supplier issues. You will be proven in making sustained improvements.
