As the Store Manager, you will play a vital role in driving store sales and leading your team to deliver our strategic objectives. We take pride in our customer service, extensive product knowledge, and trend-setting designs. With almost 50 stores across the UK and a strong online presence, we are at the forefront of the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and train your team to provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure team effectiveness and productivity.
• Collaborate with peers and the Regional Operations Manager to enhance business performance.
• Maximize profit and turnover while managing costs and margins.
• Plan and empower the team to achieve KPIs.
• Implement timely merchandising activities and maintain effective stock management routines.
• Build relationships with customers and local traders.
• Provide honest and constructive feedback to your team and the regional operations manager.
• Proactively engage with customers and deliver robust inductions and learning opportunities for your team.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures.

We are seeking candidates who possess:

• Significant experience in the retail sector, preferably in a Manager or Assistant Manager role.
• A passion for driving performance, sales, and delivering exceptional customer service.
• The ability to build positive and effective professional relationships.

• An outstanding work ethic and commitment to going the extra mile.

• The capability to perform manual handling tasks up to 25kg.
