Mission:

Schneider Electric is searching for a Strategic Account Executive for the Life Sciences Segment. This position requires someone who can build seamless bridges across lines of business, countries, and customer. Individual will be the one hand to shake for this global account. They will be responsible for alignment of strategy, operational plans and the leadership and management of the extended team (key account managers, domain specialists, program managers etc.) plus any external partners and executive sponsor. You will be responsible driving the strategy, innovation, and disruption to help the customer achieve their business goals.

Key responsibilities:

Highly motivated and collaborative Business Leader with a mission to take this account to the next level of growth.

  • Develop deep customer relationships and intimacy based on the strategic alignment
  • Develop and grow profitably Schneider Electric’s share of wallet
  • Identifying new business opportunities and successfully closing deals
  • Define, implement and monetize a clear account strategy that is aligned with SE strategy for digital transformation and sustainability
  • Lead the global extended team of Key Account Managers, domain specialists, PMs etc. to drive ONE strategy globally
  • Gain access with the customer at different levels including C-level
  • Identify and manage the pipeline of opportunities
  • Take ownership of customer satisfaction and therefore take the lead on issue resolution
  • Be the expert on the customer, their business and their opportunities.
  • Proactively Develop and Implement annual calendar for QBRs, Innovation conversations, exec roundtables for the Executive sponsor
  • Develop Annual Revenue Plan for Account by Product Line, Region and Country

 

Skills and attributes:

  • Master Account Management and consultative selling methods for complex solution specifically in the Life sciences industry
  • Demonstrated ability to embrace diversity of thought – develop innovative ways to align strategy with customer
  • Solid experience in process automation solutions and strong digital skills specifically in the Life Sciences industry
  • Solid expertise and exposure to the Mission Critical environments. Good understanding of sustainability and resilience challenges of the life science Industry.
  • Business leadership presence and acumen: Excellent listening and communication skills, ability to articulate business trends and link actions to outcomes.
  • Accustomed to fast-changing, complex and ambiguous environment
  • Business Developer - Proven track record in growing Key Account businesses
  • Collaborative Team Player - passionate and dynamic leader with the energy and ability to obtain alignment and work effectively across a complex, global matrix organization
  • Team Builder - People management experience with a coaching and collaborative team-oriented leadership style is essential
