We are current recruiting on behalf of a reputable Social Housing Landlord located nationally for 2 Strategic Partnership Manager posts.
Both Roles will be home working with some occasional travel to sites.
The Strategic Partnership Managers will act as the operational lead for the organisations regional delivery of the annual programme of planned investment, component replacements, cyclical redecoration and major works including delivery of the organisations regional customer facing responsive repairs, voids and estate services contracts.
The Strategic Partnership Manager will also lead and manage a team of partnering surveyors and will ensure the team provide an excellent customer focussed service to residents.
Experience Required
* Proven experience of developing long term Strategic Partnerships and embedding key values with stakeholders.
* Proven experience of leading multi-disciplined teams across a wide geographical area.
* Proven experience of developing and implementing customer and stakeholder engagement strategies.
* Highly developed communication skills with experience of presenting to a range of audiences.
* Proven experience of driving costs down whilst improving economic and social value.
* Proven experience of identifying, designing and implementing digital innovation and solutions.
* Proven experience of managing large service budgets.
* Highly skilled in assessing information and devising and implementing appropriate solutions.
* Knowledge of building components and the diagnosis of building defects.
* Knowledge of building law, regulation, building contracts, contract law and health and safety legislation and best practice.
* Educated to HND level or equivalent, professional qualification in construction, housing, management or property.
* A full UK driving license with the ability to drive as and when required by the business.
* Knowledge and experience of working in the Housing sector.
